2024 Take A Walk in Our Genes
Please join us on Sunday, June 9th, 2024 at Overpeck Park in Ridgefield Park, NJ for the Annual Take A Walk in Our Genes.
This year, registration is free, and fundraising is strongly encouraged to help the Genetics Services Department at Hackensack Meridian Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital further their efforts to support families who are experiencing hardship. After registering on the website, please follow the prompts to create your own custom fundraising page to tell your Genetics story. Then, share the page with your friends, family and community and fundraise in support of Take A Walk in Our Genes.
Take A Walk in Our Genes assists families who have financial and insurance limitations in order to provide them with much needed medications and testing. Since its inception, this walk has raised over $150,000. Thanks to supporters like you, we are able to provide assistance to over three dozen families annually.
