I am running the 2025 NYC marathon! Lets tackle kids cancer together!

At the start of this year, I set a big goal for myself: to run a marathon before the year was over. I’m already training for my first half marathon in May, and now I’m taking the leap to run my first full marathon this November—the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon! But what makes this even more meaningful is that I’m not just running for myself—I’m running for something much bigger.
I’m honored to be part of Tackle Kids Cancer, an incredible organization dedicated to funding pediatric cancer research and patient care programs. Their mission is to improve the lives of children and families affected by childhood cancer—and to help fund the research that leads to better treatments and, one day, a cure.
As an EMT, I see firsthand how critical quality medical care is, especially for children facing serious illnesses. No child should have to fight cancer, and no family should have to go through it alone. That’s why I’m so passionate about supporting Tackle Kids Cancer—not only are they funding groundbreaking research, but they’re also providing resources and support to families who need it most.
This race isn’t just about miles for me—it’s about making a real difference. Every step I take in training and on race day is for the kids who don’t get to just be kids because they’re in hospitals, undergoing treatments, and fighting battles no child should have to face.
How You Can Help:
I’ve committed to raising money for this incredible cause, and I’d love your support! Every dollar donated goes directly toward funding research, patient care programs, and resources that help these kids and their families. Whether it’s $10, $50, or simply sharing my fundraising page, every little bit truly makes an impact.
Let’s turn this marathon into something bigger than just 26.2 miles—let’s make it about hope, healing, and a future where no child has to hear the words, “You have cancer.”
Thank you for being part of this journey with me! Your support means the world.
