I am running the TCS New York City Marathon to raise funds in support of pediatric cancer research and to help Tackle Kids Cancer.  All money raised will benefit the Children’s Cancer Institute at Hackensack Meridian Health and will help their littlest patients become kids again!

Thank you so much for your generous support to NYC marathon 2021 with Team TKC that Merriam and I ran last year!! Not only did we raise a record $5,279.00 for the cause, we got engaged at the finish line in Central Park!  As soon as we crossed the finish line, I got down on one knee (successfully) and proposed to Merriam, to which she said yes!! Fast-forward to this last August, we tied the knot at a church a few blocks away from the memorable finish line!!

Realizing that pediatric cancer is still attacking our future leaders, I am running again NYC marathon 2022  so we can stop the terrible disease in its tracks!! Pediatric cancer is the #1 cause of death by disease among children in the US and only 4% of cancer research dollars are allocated to pediatric cancer. These facts are devastating, but the doctors at the Children’s Cancer Institute are working tirelessly to find a cure. Please support us and help end childhood cancer!

I have completed two 18 milers and two 20 milers in the last month and now it's time to taper to toe the starting line in Staten Island. This time, I will start the run with Merriam in spirit and look forward to see my wife and my cheering crew along the beautiful course of NYC! Please join us in your support of this cause against Pediatric Cancer.

Raising money to find a cure is a marathon – not a sprint!  We have a long way to go, and every dollar helps!  Even $20 would make a big difference for the pediatric cancer patients at the Children's Cancer Institute.
