Daniel F. Ludwig Patient Assistance Fund
Please join us in honoring the memory of Daniel F. Ludwig. Dan passed away at home on March 4, 2024, after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Dan was determined to beat cancer and for over 9 years, he put up one hell of a fight. His strength was an inspiration to all who knew him. To honor his legacy, the family is establishing The Daniel F. Ludwig Patient Assistance Fund. This fund supports the needs of patients treated at the Hackensack Meridian John Theurer Cancer Center.
John Theurer Cancer Center (JTCC) has over 21,000 current patients and averages more than 600 patient appointments per day. Patient assistance programs provide patients, who sometimes have nowhere else to turn, with much needed financial support for needs such as bridging medications, temporary housing, transportation and living expenses.
This dedicated website has been created to enable friends, family and others to honor Dan and help future patients battling cancer. Individuals can also send a check payable to "Hackensack Meridian Health Foundation" and in memo note "In Memory of Dan Ludwig" and mail to: Hackensack Meridian Health Foundation Attn: Gift Processing 343 Thornall St, 7th Floor Edison, NJ 08837.
Thank you for keeping Dan’s memory alive and contributing to The Daniel F. Ludwig Patient Assistance Fund. Together, we can make a bigger, more meaningful impact.
