My mother's birthday and Mother's Day are both approaching. In her memory, I would love it if you could donate to Hackensack Hospital's Organ Transplant Program. Her doctor, David Serur, now runs the transplant program there. Since he was such an intergral part of my mother's care, it would mean so much if you could support his program. When I was younger, I used to call him Dr. Superman because I thought he looked like Clark Kent/Superman. But I now realize, in some way he was Superman, because he kept my dad's kidney working for so long in my mom.
