In November 2019, my dad was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. He was lucky to have met Dr. Andre Goy and soon thereafter go into a research trial for treatment. After 3 months of chemotherapy followed by 4 months of Immunotherapy he was in complete remission.

Looking back, I realize how fortunate our family was to be able to afford the great care my dad received from the John Theurer doctors, nurses and staff. For many, the financial burden is just as great as the fight they are waging against the disease itself. For that reason, I would like to help alleviate those burdens to allow less fortunate patients to focus on getting healthy.

Please help me meet my goal as our family raises money to support the patient needs program at John Theurer Cancer Center. The much needed support will help patients with transportation to and from appointments, medication fees not covered by insurance, temporary housing for them and their families traveling from a great distance, as well as grocery cards for food and basic necessities.
